By visiting and accessing our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms”) as detailed herein and set out hereunder.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, our website constitutes acceptance of any changes that may have been made to this site.

Boujee Designs Dublin is a sole trader company registered within the Republic of Ireland having our registered place of business at 29 St. Attracta’s Road, Dublin 7, D07 RH99. 

Our online store is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you via a secure platform. Our till system is hosted by PayPal, Stripe & Klarna. Payment through our website can be made via our secure check out pages using secure 3rd party payment service providers, e.g. credit card processors.

PayPal, Stripe & Klarna are compliant with all required legislation and regulation and have the necessary requirements and platforms to help ensure the secure handling of credit card information and personal data by our store and its service providers. Details of their terms of use and privacy policy can be found on their respective websites. We advise that you familiarise yourself with these in advance of using their services to make payment.

During the course of purchasing items from us we will obtain and retain your personal information. The collection and use of this information is in accordance with all Data Protection legislation and GDPR Regulations as effective from the 25th May 2018. By using our site and purchasing our products you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of our products., services or contact with you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Anyone found to be in breach of this condition can and will be prosecuted.

All images and designs contained in our site are subject to Copyright and all images used throughout this site are and remain the property of Boujee Designs Dublin. Use of any images from this site and/or any of our social media platforms is strictly forbidden unless expressly agreed in writing by us in advance.

We reserve the right to modify the content of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

We may occasionally be unable to accept orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:

1. A product is out of stock

2. A product is removed from sale

3. Errors appear in the advertised price or description

4. We are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment

5. We notice an unusual pattern of returns activity on your account

6. In our reasonable opinion we are unable to accept the order. This is not an exhaustive list.

Prices for our products are applicable at the time of your order and is shown on the website. The total price you will pay will be shown during the order process. Promotional or sale prices are only available during the time advertised and while stocks last. Historically viewed prices will not be honoured once the promotion or sale has ended or no stock remains. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any our products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any of products.

Before ordering a product, please review the Product Description to ensure that you understand all the key features of the product and that it meets your requirements.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and specifications of our products on our website are accurate and up to date. However, the exact layout and design of our products may vary slightly to the images and product descriptions shown. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any variation to the products or services you may receive from us. By ordering any product from us you agree and accept the product you may receive may not be identical to images as shown on this site.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

For personalised products, please check the product description for details on how to clearly specify what you would like personalised on your product. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for the incorrect spelling of names, except where it was caused by Boujee Design Dublin’s negligence. The size of the text is subject to space restrictions and varies by Product. All personalised images on our website are provided as a guide only.  

In the event of any of our products being damaged in transit you agree to notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your product. Photographic evidence should be provided which clearly shows all or any damage to the product. It is at our discretion to issue replacement products or refunds where any such damage has occurred. In the event of any of our products being damaged in transit you agree to also contact An Post regarding any such damage.

Your personalised items will be created within 1-4 weeks of purchase and will be sent via Express Delivery with An Post (if delivery has been purchased) after that point. For sets including handmade pillows turnaround time will be 6-8 weeks, though Boujee Designs will do it’s best to get the order to you sooner. Please note that during busier periods this may take longer. Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is €10 per order and €15 for U.K. deliveries. Collection is available at Saoirse Health Store Dublin D07 VH72 at a cost of €2. This must be selected as part of your checkout.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Law of Ireland.
